WRAP PARTY

The show’s finished. What’s going on your wrap party shirts?

You’ve been hearing the same rehearsal joke for weeks. If that’s what you want on the shirt, tell us the story. We’ll make a design you can look at and change before you buy it.

Your idea

Tell us what happened in rehearsals.

Give us the line everyone kept saying and what you’d like drawn with it. If it was about a missing prop, tell us which one.

Example input An idea you could try: Has anyone seen the teapot? above an original cartoon teapot on a stage beside a rolled script. Navy and gold artwork on white. No show logo, character names, cast names or dates.

The design

Is that the prop you meant?

Check the drawing and the wording. You can ask for changes. If you’ve added the production name or cast names, read those too.

YOUR IDEA

What will you still be quoting next year?

Use something that happened while you were making the show, not just its title.

That note from the director Give us the words you all kept repeating and explain why. You can make the phrase the whole design or add a drawing.
The prop that kept disappearing A teapot, a chair, the wrong hat. Tell us what it was and what happened, so we don’t just draw a pair of theatre masks.
The cast and the people backstage If you’re adding names, include the crew you want on it as well as the cast. Say whether you want names, roles or one shared company name.

Why Levyo

You can start with the joke. We’ll work on the design.

Explain it in the Maker, see what it comes up with and ask for changes. You don’t need to arrive with a finished graphic.

Is it a wrap-party shirt or show clothing? This is a white printed T-shirt. If you need black clothing for backstage or an embroidered production logo, those aren’t options here.
A different name on each shirt? Make and check each version separately. Keep the approved design with the size for that person; a cast list won’t automatically create individual shirts.

FAQ

Before ordering for the company

Can we use the show poster or production logo?

You can describe an original idea from your production. We don’t promise an exact copy of a supplied poster or logo. If you need official show branding, check what the producer allows and whether the current print options meet their requirements.

Can we put the whole cast and crew on one shirt?

You can ask for names in the design. A long credit list can be hard to read, so check the preview carefully. If you want one name per shirt instead, make and check those versions separately.

What if the joke only makes sense to our company?

Explain what happened, then give the exact words you want printed. The explanation helps us make the design; you don’t have to put the whole story on the shirt.

How much are the shirts?

For one shirt, Base is £24.99 GBP and Premium is £32.99 GBP. Standard UK delivery is included. For more shirts sharing one design, see Shirt prices above; checkout confirms your total.
