Making the joke work on a shirt
Do I need to come up with the final punchline first?
No. Explain the situation and any words you want kept. Use the preview to decide what works. If a phrase has to be exact, put it in quotes and check it before ordering.
Can each person have a different joke or role?
You can make different designs, but review the wording and size for each order item. One message describing everyone's roles does not automatically create a complete set of individual shirts.
What does each shirt cost?

Which shirt and sizes can I choose?
