Levyo subscription cancellation policy

This policy applies only to Levyo Flow and Levyo Studio, which are recurring Levyo Maker subscriptions sold through Shopify Checkout. It should be read with the Levyo Terms of Service and Refund and returns policy.

Price and renewal

Flow costs £19.99 per month. Studio costs £49.99 per month. Shopify Checkout shows the applicable price and monthly billing frequency before you place your order. A successful monthly payment gives the included Levyo Maker limits for that paid billing month.

Cancel anytime

“Cancel anytime” means you may cancel future Flow or Studio renewals at any time. It does not reverse a successfully paid billing period. Once Shopify confirms your cancellation, future subscription charges and orders stop. Your already paid Levyo access remains available until the end of that paid billing period.

How to manage or cancel

Open the Maker menu, choose Plans & usage, then choose Manage subscription. Sign in to Shopify Customer Accounts, open Subscriptions, select Flow or Studio, and choose Cancel subscription. You can also use the Manage subscription link in supported Shopify subscription emails, orders or the Thank you page.

If Shopify Customer Accounts shows Pause, Resume or Skip, those actions apply to the future schedule shown there. A cancelled subscription cannot be undone; you can buy a plan again through Levyo Maker after the paid period ends. Levyo does not offer a Flow-to-Studio or Studio-to-Flow change during a paid billing period.

Refunds and legal rights

We do not provide an automatic pro-rata refund simply because you cancel or do not use a paid period. This policy does not affect any refund, cancellation or other statutory right that applies to you. If you need help with access, a charge or a cancellation, contact info@levyo.co.uk.
