FAQ

Before ordering for the cast

Can everyone have their own character’s name?

Yes. Create and check each person’s design separately. A cast list in one message won’t automatically produce a separate shirt for each actor.

Can we put the cast list on the back?

The current Maker offers front printing only. If you include names in the front design, check that they’re all present, spelled correctly and readable in the preview.

What would eight cast shirts cost?

8 shirts sharing one design: Base £159.92 GBP total (£19.99 GBP each), or Premium £223.92 GBP total (£27.99 GBP each). Standard UK delivery included. Check who in the cast wants one before collecting money. Check the basket total before paying.

Are there sizes for the younger cast members?

The current options are adult S–2XL (XS in Premium), with no children’s sizes. Check measurements first: personalised shirts aren’t returnable for a change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately.

Typical UK delivery is around 5–10 working days from order confirmation, and can vary. Allow extra time before the party rather than leaving the order until the final rehearsal.
