Shipping policy

Levyo currently ships to the United Kingdom only.

Every Levyo shirt is made to order. This means your shirt is created after your order has been placed and your custom design has been confirmed. We do not hold pre-printed stock.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where courier delivery is available.

We do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, the European Union, the United States or any other international destinations.

Orders with a non-UK shipping address may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Production time

All Levyo shirts are custom-made after your order is placed.

Our usual production time is 2–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Large group orders, high-demand periods, product availability, colour availability or fulfilment delays may occasionally add extra time.

If there is a stock issue with your selected shirt, size or colour, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

3. Delivery time

After production, your order is handed to a delivery carrier.

Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–5 business days.

Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes both production time and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping cost

UK Standard Delivery costs £3.95 unless a free shipping offer is shown at checkout.

Free UK Standard Delivery may be available for qualifying group orders or orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

The final shipping cost will always be shown before you complete your order.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking link will be included in that email.

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Group orders and split shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. This can happen if different shirts, sizes or colours are fulfilled from different locations or packed separately.

You will not be charged extra shipping if we split your order into multiple parcels.

7. Event dates and trip deadlines

Levyo shirts are often made for trips, birthdays, hen dos, stag dos and group events. Please order as early as possible.

We recommend placing your order at least 14 business days before your event or trip.

Adding an event date in your design prompt, order note or message does not create a guaranteed delivery date unless Levyo has confirmed this in writing before you place your order.

We are not responsible for missed event dates where the order was placed too close to the event or where no guaranteed delivery date was confirmed by Levyo.

8. Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@levyo.co.uk. We can only make changes if your order has not yet entered production or shipping.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

9. Failed delivery, unclaimed parcels and returned parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete, refused or unclaimed, it may be returned to our fulfilment partner.

If this happens, we will contact you where possible. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

If the delivery issue was caused by our mistake, we will cover the cost of fixing it.

10. Lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@levyo.co.uk with your order number.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with neighbours, safe places or the local delivery office.

Lost-in-transit claims must be reported to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

11. Tracking says delivered, but you cannot find the parcel

If tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to check safe places, neighbours, building reception, household members or your local delivery office.

If the parcel was delivered to the address or safe place provided at checkout, a free replacement may not always be available. We will review each case fairly.

12. Damaged parcels or delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@levyo.co.uk.

Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the damaged item
- a short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

13. Customs and import fees

Levyo currently sells to the UK only. For standard UK orders, you should not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.

If a carrier contacts you about unexpected delivery fees, please contact us before paying.
