Thank you for shopping with Levyo. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 working days of order confirmation. That includes making and delivering your shirt. We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Standard UK delivery is included in the price of Levyo Base and Premium T-shirts. There is no additional standard delivery charge at checkout.

Customs and import fees

Levyo currently sells to the UK only. For standard UK orders, you should not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.

If a carrier contacts you about unexpected delivery fees, please contact us before paying.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to United Kingdom.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
