Tell us the host city, semester or year and the words you want printed. Explain a reference from your class, shared flat or language exchange. If you’re making it before you leave, say it’s about the plans; if it’s a leaving gift, tell us what you actually experienced together.

Your favourite memory might be the shared kitchen rather than a famous landmark. Explain who you met, what you kept saying or the routine you all fell into. Use that detail to make a study abroad shirt that means something when you’re back home.

The city and the time you were there Give the actual city and semester dates if you want them printed. An autumn exchange and a full year abroad aren’t the same thing. Include the host university name only when it matters to your design.
The language you were learning You can use a phrase you know, a classroom joke or your own words about practising. Supply the exact text and have it checked. A flag doesn’t always tell the whole story of someone’s language or identity.
The friends you’ll be saying goodbye to For a leaving gift, use a reference the recipient shares with you. You might want one shirt for a flatmate or a shared design for the exchange group. Leave out private addresses and details nobody asked to wear.
