FAQ
Questions you might have
Can everyone have a different name?
Make and check each personalised design separately. A list of names won’t automatically make a shirt for each person.
When will it arrive?
Typical UK delivery is 5–10 working days from order confirmation. Leave extra time before your event.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Check everything before paying. Once production starts, personalised orders generally can’t be returned for a change of mind or wrong size. Faulty or incorrect orders are covered separately in the refund policy.
