A shirt for one fundraiser doesn't need the whole society calendar on it. Use an illustration of the activity and enough wording to explain it. If the date matters, include it; if you plan to reuse the shirts, leave it off.

A design people understand straight away A cake for the bake sale or a walking route for the sponsored walk can explain the event faster than a long slogan. Choose the activity you're actually organising.
Helpers people can find If these are volunteer shirts, ask for the role to be easy to read. Don't bury 'Volunteer' in a tiny line under a busy illustration.
Reusable or one-off? A date makes a clear keepsake. Without it, the society might want to wear the same design at another fundraiser. Decide that before the artwork is final.

Before you buy for the fundraiser

Can I make this for a fundraiser outside RAG week?

Yes. Describe your particular society or student event. The design can focus on that fundraiser without adding RAG branding or pretending it is organised by the university.

Should volunteers and participants have the same design?

That depends on what you need the shirts to do. If people must find helpers, make the volunteer wording clear. If you choose different role designs, review the correct design on each item before ordering.

What does each shirt cost?

Base is £24.99 GBP per shirt and Premium £32.99 GBP. Standard UK delivery is included. Group discounts start at three shirts; check the basket total.

Which shirt and sizes can I choose?

The current product is a white T-shirt in S–2XL (XS in Premium). Base is 100% cotton; Premium is 100% organic ring-spun cotton. Use the size and material guide to check measurements and print care.

When will it arrive, and what if there is a problem?

The current UK guide is around 5–10 working days from order confirmation. Timing varies; check it before ordering for an event. These are personalised shirts. Contact support if an item is wrong, damaged or faulty, and read the delivery and returns information before buying.
