Tell us which society and which crawl.

Give the society name as you want it printed, the social’s name and the date if it’s confirmed. Explain your theme or joke, then describe the picture. If two societies are going together, say how you want both names included.

Is it your first night out with new members, a joint social or the crawl your society runs each year? Use one recognisable reference from your subject or shared interests, with a clear society name, instead of a wall of small text.

The name members will look for Spell out the society name if the abbreviation won’t mean much to new members. For a joint crawl, put both groups in the brief and decide which line they share. You don’t need to list the whole committee.
Your subject, your joke A film reference, an argument from debate society or the line from your last meeting can work. Explain why it’s funny and give the wording you want. Say if you want a welcoming first-social design rather than a joke only returning members understand.
The crawl details worth printing Add a confirmed event name or date if you want this year’s shirt. If the venue list is still changing, leave it out. A printed list can be part of the design, but it doesn’t organise the route or secure entry to the bars.

A few things you might want to know

Can two societies share one crawl-shirt design?

Yes. Give both society names and the wording or theme they want to share. Say which details should be largest, then check the preview with both groups. Different individual names or committee roles need separate designs reviewed before ordering.

Can I use our society logo and colours?

You can add your own image in the Maker and explain the artwork colours you want. Check the result carefully. If a finished logo must be reproduced exactly, check that requirement with us before buying. The shirts themselves are currently white, in adult S–2XL (XS in Premium).

Does buying a shirt include the crawl or entry to the venues?

No. Levyo supplies your personalised T-shirt. Your society needs to arrange the social, tickets and venue entry separately. Only add a venue list or date to the design once you’re happy that it’s correct.
