POTTERY PAINTING PARTY

Make pottery painting T-shirts for the friends taking far too long to choose a mug.

Someone’s picked a plate. Someone’s still deciding what colour their handle should be. Use that, the birthday you’re there for or a picture about your afternoon painting ceramics. White cotton tees start at £24.99 GBP for one Base shirt, in adult S–2XL (XS in Premium). See the design before ordering.

Your idea

Are you painting mugs, plates or something else?

Tell us what you’re doing at the studio and the occasion. If you’re painting ready-made ceramics, say that so the illustration doesn’t turn into a potter at a wheel.

Example input Make shirts for our pottery painting birthday afternoon. Draw three mugs with very different handles and write ‘Still choosing the colours’. No pottery wheel, names or date.

The design

Check the pottery in the picture is the pottery you mean.

Change the shape or pattern if it doesn’t fit the idea. If you’re celebrating someone, read their name and birthday wording before ordering for the group.

YOUR IDEA

A mug-painting afternoon is a different story from throwing your first pot.

The tee can be about choosing the ceramic, planning an ambitious pattern or the friends sitting round the table. You don’t need a potter’s-wheel graphic for an afternoon with brushes and mugs.

The ceramic you’ve chosen A mug, plate or little ornament can be the main picture. If you haven’t chosen yet, use a few different shapes rather than pretending you know.
The pattern that’s getting complicated Use the idea your friend keeps discussing, or the colour decision taking all afternoon. Explain the joke in your own words.
The person you’re celebrating Include their name or the birthday line if they want it. The design can celebrate the afternoon without predicting how the finished pieces will turn out.

Why Levyo

A cotton shirt for the ceramic-painting party, ordered separately from the studio.

Levyo sells the finished printed tee. The studio session, ceramics, paints and firing aren’t included. Check the venue’s booking and clothing details separately.

Tell us painting rather than throwing Describe brushes and ready-made ceramics if that’s the activity. If you are using a wheel, say so before the picture is made.
Check the wording once for each version One birthday or group design can work for everyone. Different names need individually created and checked designs in the Maker.
Check fit and what to wear at the studio Current garments are white adult S–2XL (XS in Premium). These aren’t protective aprons, so follow the venue’s advice about clothes for painting or clay.
