How much of the shirt do you want the design to take up?

Tell us the school, leaving year and the amount of artwork you have in mind. If classmates will add messages, say you want a small central design with space around it. Maker needs that instruction before it draws a large illustration.

Do the handwritten messages come printed on the shirt?

No. Maker creates the printed design you review. The signing idea is for people to add their own handwritten messages to the garment afterwards. If that's your plan, request a compact design and inspect the surrounding space before buying.

Will fabric-pen signatures stay after washing?

That depends on the pen and how its instructions are followed. Use one intended for cotton, test it on spare fabric and follow its drying or setting directions. Levyo doesn't guarantee handwritten ink or its wash resistance; keep that separate from the printed-design care guide.
