HOUSEWARMING PARTY

Make housewarming T-shirts about the place you’re finally calling home.

The wonky bookshelf, takeaway on the floor or the plant you’ve already named. Use something from your new place rather than a housewarming slogan that could belong to anyone. Tell us the idea and we’ll make a design you can change. White cotton tees start at £24.99 GBP for one Base shirt, in adult S–2XL (XS in Premium).

Your idea

What’s already become a joke about the new place?

Tell us who’s moved in and the detail you want to remember. A first flat together, a new house share or a family move can all give you a different idea.

Example input Make housewarming shirts for Nia and Ben’s first flat. Draw their enormous cheese plant leaning over a stack of moving boxes. Write ‘The plant got the best room’. No address.

The design

Does it look like your home, or just a random house?

You can ask for the familiar front door, favourite chair or houseplant to become the main picture. If the first version adds details you didn’t ask for, tell it to leave them out.

YOUR IDEA

You don’t need a family surname to make a new-home gift personal.

Flatmates, a couple or someone moving in on their own might not want ‘The Family’ on their shirt. Start with the people or the thing that makes this particular place theirs.

The first place together Use the shared nickname, favourite corner or first-night meal. Renting somewhere new is worth celebrating too.
The household everyone knows A house-share joke can work without listing every resident. Pick a phrase they all like rather than guessing a surname for the group.
A little detail from the home The door colour or the plant taking over the living room can become an illustration. A full street address doesn’t have to be part of it.

Why Levyo

Is it a gift for the hosts, or something you’ll wear at the housewarming?

A present can be about their new home long after the party. Shirts for the evening might use the house nickname or the joke from moving day instead.

Choose the wording they use Use their own name for the flat or household. You can leave out surname, ownership claims and ‘first home’ if they don’t fit.
Pick the right date Getting the keys, moving in and hosting the housewarming may happen weeks apart. Tell us which date matters, or skip it.
Check the gift size Compare the size guide with a tee the recipient wears. Current shirts are adult white S–2XL (XS in Premium); there isn’t a children’s matching option.
Plan for when you’re visiting If you’re bringing the shirt to the housewarming, check delivery before ordering rather than using the move date as your deadline.

FAQ

A few things you might want to know

Can I make a housewarming shirt for flatmates or someone renting?

Yes. Use the household nickname, people moving in or a detail from the place. You don’t need a shared surname or a ‘homeowner’ slogan.

Do I need to put the address on a new-home shirt?

No. A door colour, houseplant or nickname can make it recognisable without a street address. Say which details you want included and which to leave out.

Can I make a matching new-home shirt for a child?

Current Levyo garments are adult white T-shirts in S–2XL (XS in Premium). Children’s and baby sizes aren’t available; don’t choose an adult size as a substitute without checking measurements.

How much are the shirts?

For one shirt, Base is £24.99 GBP in 100% cotton. Premium is £32.99 GBP in 100% organic ring-spun cotton. Both are currently white, in adult S–2XL (XS in Premium). Check the size guide and order total before paying. For more shirts sharing one design, see Shirt prices above; checkout confirms your total.
