Halls, flat or course? Say who’s actually going. A few people from one flat can use their flat name; a course group might prefer the subject and start year. Keep the printed details to what you want everyone to see, and check names with the people included.
A group line or a little checklist? You can ask for a short list, such as learn everyone’s names, get a flat photo or remember which halls we’re in. Give each line exactly and check how it reads in the preview. You don’t have to add drinking tasks for it to be a bar-crawl shirt.
Your own shirt or an organiser’s one? Before ordering for a ticketed crawl, check whether it provides or requires a particular shirt. Levyo makes your own group design; it doesn’t provide event entry or an official organiser shirt. Keep the confirmed route and meeting time in the group chat if they might change.

Can each new flatmate have their name or a checklist?
