Can the drawing be of our actual chalet?

Describe the features you want included, such as the balcony, roof or chalet sign. Check the preview and ask for changes before ordering.

Can everyone have a different chalet nickname?

Yes. Create and check each design separately. One message with everyone’s names won’t automatically create individual shirts.

How much would eight chalet shirts cost?

8 shirts sharing one design: Base £159.92 GBP total (£19.99 GBP each), or Premium £223.92 GBP total (£27.99 GBP each). Standard UK delivery included. You don’t need to order for the whole chalet. Check the basket total before paying.

What sizes and shirt colours can we choose?

White adult S–2XL (XS in Premium). Check measurements: personalised shirts normally can’t be returned for a size choice or change of mind once production starts. Faulty or incorrect orders are different.

Standard UK delivery is included, to UK addresses only. Typical delivery is around 5–10 working days from order confirmation and can vary. Arrange delivery before leaving for the chalet and allow extra time before departure.
