FAQ

Sorting the bridesmaid order

Can we have different names or roles?

Yes. Make and check each version separately. Typing all the names into one message won’t automatically create a shirt for each friend.

Can I order fitted tops or children’s sizes?

The current options are white adult T-shirts in S–2XL (XS in Premium). Check the measurements and material before choosing; fitted bridal tops and children’s sizes aren’t listed.

How much would five shirts cost?

5 shirts sharing one design: Base £99.95 GBP total (£19.99 GBP each), or Premium £139.95 GBP total (£27.99 GBP each). Standard UK delivery included. Check the basket total before paying.

Will they arrive before our weekend?

Typical UK delivery is around 5–10 working days from order confirmation, and can vary. Check the latest delivery guide before ordering for your date.

What if we need to return a personalised shirt?

Personalised shirts normally can’t be returned for a change of mind once production has started. If yours arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us using the returns policy.
